Block printing is confronted with disappearing. Because of this, our design came into being. We hope that it will capture people’s attention and modernize pattern of manifestation of Chinese traditional culture.
Guizhou Classic Tea Co., Ltd specializes in top-grade Guizhou tea business. With a total tea plantation of 280 hectares, the Company strives to discover tea, liquor and other classic cultural elements of Guizhou and extract these rare elements to improve the added value of Guizhou products and create more Guizhou brands. “Luosike”, one of the tea brand developed by the Company, has been awarded gold medal as early as 1915 in Panama World Expo together with Maotai, a wine brand. However, the brand has merely been recognized in GuizhouProvince due to complicated reasons.

HOI JIT Tea House is a self-owned brand by HOI JIT who specializes in tea production and trade.
China has a long history of tea culture which shines with Zen wisdom. The logo that DongDao designed for HOI JIT looks like a floating leaf on which are the lines of water reflection. The leaf and water marks reflect the beauty and core value of tea culture and Zen philosophy: bitterness, quietness, ordinariness and openness. Based on this concept, DongDao created an elegant and innovative packaging design for HOI JIT products so that they look cultural and modern.

HK Honey is an organization of Hong Kong barkeepers, artists and designers that aim to communicate the value of bees and benefits of locally produced honey. The packaging of the honey has been designed for reuse. The glass can be used for drinks, and the cork-shaped, beeswax lid becomes a candle. HK Honey also produces beewax candles.
